Which dugouts are designated for the Home & Away team?

Home teams will be in the third base dugout. Away teams will be in the first base dugout. Home teams are listed second on our Schedule page.

 

Is there a refund policy for ticket purchases?

There is a no refund or rain check policy in place.

What time do gates open before each game?

1 hour prior to first pitch.

Can I bring outside food or drinks into the stadium?

No outside food or drink is permitted.

 

What are the ticket prices and where can I buy them?

General admission day tickets start at $20 prior to the first day of the tournament (see next question). For more info on ticket options and prices, please visit our Tickets page.

 

Can I walk up and buy tickets at the ballpark?

Yes, day-of pricing increases by $3 for each seating section.

 

Is my ticket good for the whole day?

Yes, each ticket includes both games played on the same day.

 

What is the bag policy for each venue?

No clear bag policy. Bags are subject to checking before entering the venue.

 

Will the games be broadcast or live-streamed?

All games will be live-streamed exclusively on d1baseball.com/

Will tournament merchandise be available?

Yes. Tournament apparel will be located along the concourse by home plate.

 

Is merchandise available online?

Yes, a link will be available soon. 

 

Are there any discounts available for groups, students, or military personnel?

Groups of 12 or more can save 20% by using code "Jax20" at checkout (applies to all seating sections). There are no discounts for students or military personnel at this time.

 

Is re-entry allowed if I leave the stadium during the game?

Yes, tickets must be scanned out before exiting and scanned back in to re-enter.
